This website is operated by Roxbury Homestead, a division of Roxbury Group Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Roxbury Homestead. We provide this website—including all information, products, and services available on it—on the condition that you accept all the terms and conditions outlined here.
By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you are using our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, including (but not limited to) browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.

We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date information, but we can’t guarantee it. Content on this site is for general reference only and shouldn’t be your only source for making decisions. Historical information may appear and is provided for reference only. We may update the site at any time, but we’re not obligated to do so. It’s your responsibility to stay informed about changes.
Sometimes, our website or services may contain errors or missing details—such as in product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping fees, delivery times, or availability. We reserve the right to fix these issues, update information, or cancel orders at any time—without prior notice—even after you’ve placed an order.
We’re not obligated to update or clarify any information on the site or related platforms unless required by law. Just because a section shows a specific update or refresh date doesn’t mean all content has been revised.
Section 4 – Products
All products are currently available only online and may be limited in quantity. Returns and exchanges follow our Return & Refund Policy. We try to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but we can’t guarantee how they appear on your screen. We may limit sales by person, or region and we may restrict quantities. Product descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue products at any time. Although we take pride in the products that we offer, we don’t guarantee that products will meet your expectations or that any issues will be fixed.
Section 5 – Changes to Products and Prices
Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any part of our service at any time, without warning. We’re not responsible for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations that affect you or others.
Section 6 – Fair Ordering & Account Accuracy
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion. This may include restricting quantities per person, per household, or per order—especially if multiple orders are placed using the same account, billing address, or shipping address.
If we make changes to or cancel an order, we’ll do our best to contact you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time of purchase.
We also reserve the right to block or limit orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or others purchasing for commercial resale.
To help us process your order smoothly, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date account and payment information—including your email address and if applicable, payment details—and to update them promptly if anything changes.
Section 7 – Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days of receiving proof of payment. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and operational capacity, please allow up to 21 business days for dispatch. If we anticipate any delay beyond the 7 day timeframe, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
If your purchase (or part of it) is required by a specific date, please contact us directly before placing your order. We will endeavour to accommodate your request, but additional shipping costs may apply. These costs must be paid in full prior to dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and the courier or postal service used. Roxbury Homestead is not liable for delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, courier disruptions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you and fulfill your order as soon as practicable.
Section 8 – Prohibited Uses
In addition to anything else outlined in these Terms, you must not use our site or its content for any unlawful or harmful purpose. This includes (but isn’t limited to):

Personal details you provide during checkout are protected by our secure website (SSL).
Section 11 – Refunds & Returns
We stand by the quality of our handmade products. If something arrives damaged, unsafe, or not fit for purpose, you’re protected under New Zealand consumer law. For all other cases, refunds or returns are at our discretion.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have any concerns. We may ask for photos or details to help resolve the issue. Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, minor imperfections, or delays caused by the courier.
Section 12 – Third-Party Services & Links
Our website may include links to third-party services or websites (such as POLi or courier tracking). We’re not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those external sites. Use them at your own discretion.
- Payment Service – POLI Payments are processed securely via POLi. When you choose POLi at checkout, you’ll be redirected to POLi’s secure payment environment to complete your transaction. We do not see or store your banking login details — POLi manages this process safely on your behalf. By using POLi, you agree to POLi’s own terms and conditions, which apply to the payment process.
Section 13 – Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limits
We do our best to provide a smooth and reliable experience, but we can’t guarantee that everything on our website or in our service will always work perfectly, be accurate, or be available at all times.
Unless required by New Zealand consumer law (for example, if a product is unsafe, broken, or not fit for purpose), we don’t take responsibility if something isn’t quite right. All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any guarantees or warranties—express or implied.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Roxbury Homestead, Roxbury Group Ltd, and anyone connected to us—including our directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers—won’t be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your use of our site or products.
