At Roxbury Homestead, we courier all products directly to your door. We work with trusted partners including NZ Post and Aramex, selecting the most cost-effective option based on your delivery location within New Zealand. Please note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Private Bags.

📦 Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight and/or volume of your order, not per item. This ensures fair pricing across different product combinations.

⏳ Dispatch Timeframes

We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days of receiving proof of payment. However, due to the handmade nature of our products and varying production capacity, please allow up to 21 business days for dispatch. If we expect any delay beyond this timeframe, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you.

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but additional shipping fees may apply. These must be paid in full prior to dispatch.

📬 Tracking & Delivery

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can monitor its progress. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. Roxbury Homestead is not liable for delays once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

A signature may be required upon delivery. If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g., leave at front door), please include them at checkout or contact us directly. We’ll pass these on to the courier where possible, but final handling is at the courier’s discretion.

Where practicable, we use recycled and recyclable packaging materials to reduce our environmental impact.  Please reuse or recycle where possible.

We are not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Extreme weather

• Courier disruptions

• Pandemics

• Other force majeure events

In such cases, we’ll communicate with you and work to fulfill your order as soon as reasonably possible.
